The Avenger of Wrongs

It's not a word Shere hears very often or even thinks about all that much, but it is something she has to work at every day. Normal. She has her nice, normal job, her nice, normal condo, her nice, normal friends. Sort of.

So there's only one friend and the condo is full of cats. And the job? Well. She supposes it's not all that normal to the average person, but it's a far cry from what she does at night. And that's what matters. Supposedly.

Sometimes, she wishes normal wasn't something she had to deal with. There are plenty of people like her; why should they have to keep their real selves a secret and do their best to fit into society? Why can't society just accept them for who they are? Why does she ask herself such stupid questions?

So the girl with the ancient Egyptian name continues to half live a normal life. And there's nothing she hates more.
